2024 Paddling Film Festival World Tour – Hosted by Bay City Parks and Recreation

The 10th Annual Rally on the River is a free, paddling and rowing excursion designed to encourage appreciation of nature. For non-paddlers and land lubbers there will be a variety of games, activities and crafts to participate in from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Food Trucks will be on-site to satisfy the hunger of returning paddlers and land lubbers.

Paddlers will experience the open waters of the Colorado River from Riverside Park to the LCRA Dam – approximately a 4-mile round trip. Wading birds, Bald Eagles, Pileated Woodpeckers, songbirds, fish and other wildlife are commonly observed on this stretch of the river.
